**OBJECTIVE**: Responsible for the correct and efficient use of manufacturing resources to reach a high overall efficiency.

**MAIN FUNTIONS**:

- Knowledge, keep and improve manufacturing process.
- Standard time reduction in the manufacturing process.
- Follow the rules of the organization.
- Define and control headcount standard for production, quality, warehouse according the needed of the organization.
- Create and keep the operation list and headcount according to the manufacturing process.
- Monitoring and follow up the manufacturing process and the production plan schedule in an efficient manner.
- Continuous improvement in the manufacturing process to increase the efficiency.
- Reduce the manufacturing cost according to the organization KPI´s.
- Training to new Industrial engineering members and provide guidance.
- Delegate taks to industrial technicians team.
- Daily, weekly report of the trend of the efficiency related of resources invested and standard time.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in Electronic, Electro-Mechanical or Industrial.
- 3 to 5 year experience in similar position
- Advance english
- Communication skills
- Teamwork
- Managment of MS Office, 2D or 3D, SAP system.
