Team Overview:
Our Business Analysis & DS Team serves as a strategic partner to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize business performance. Combining business acumen, advanced analytics, and technical expertise, we uncover actionable insights, shape strategies, and empower growth across key business domains.

Role Responsibilities:

- Responsible for business analysis of international food delivery operations, with a focus on in-depth examination of competitive landscape, users, merchants, and transaction strategies to provide actionable insights for the business.
- Specialized Analysis: Independently conduct deep-dive analyses, leveraging business understanding and internal/external insights to identify challenges or opportunities, and deliver strategic recommendations for implementation.
- Business Performance Analysis: Support routine weekly and monthly business reviews by providing performance analysis and specialized reports.
- Industry Research: Conduct competitive benchmarking and industry research aligned with key business development needs to define strategies and approaches, ensuring well-informed decision-making.
- Data Infrastructure: Define core business metrics and collaborate with operations, product, data science, data engineering, and algorithm teams to enhance data infrastructure and drive strategy execution.

Role Qualifications:

- Full-time bachelor’s degree or above (preferred majors: Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Algorithms, or related fields).
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, internet strategy, or business analysis.
- Strong business acumen and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage complex coordination challenges.
- Solid business sense, capable of engaging in daily decision-making, conducting multidimensional analysis, and delivering actionable insights and improvement recommendations.
- Problem-solving skills: Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities to quickly identify and resolve issues in data analysis.
- Proficiency in English as a working language is a plus.
- Strong data analysis skills, with hands-on experience in SQL, Python, R, or similar tools for data processing and analytics.
