Customer Project Leader

Requisition ID: 38831- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXTo support the business expansion in MX, we are looking a customer project leader who is passionate on project mgt, daily follow up with multiple teams and gets hands on work, components, products. Join us in Mexico Monterrey.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Responsible for managing new product development projects and the development of complex customer specific variants.
- Responsible for creating and executing project plans and revising the plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting of project cost, time and quality to ensure that projects meet Danfoss and customer requirements.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Perform Risk Management with systematically collected and reported issues, address mitigation actions, responsibilities and timelines.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to customer.

**Background & Skills**:

- Master/Bachelor Degree in related domain preferable
- Sound tracking records of project management experience
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills - Knowledge of Agile scrum preferable
- PMP preferable - Experience of working in manuafacturing facility is prefere
