**PROJECT MANAGER**

The Project Manager will support the Regional Solutions & Strategy Team and should have the ability to teach about best practices as well as a hands-on attitude to adapt to each peculiar situation.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Design, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering.
- Create Project plans for all projects assigned
- Manage project plans, assign, and track actions and deliverables
- Maintain project documentation
- Take notes on all meetings related to the project, circulate notes and follow up
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in projects.
- Facilitate Team Collaboration and Communication
- Identify, lead and motivate a virtual team to support the successful delivery of all projects.
- Partner with all areas involved in the project to ensure adherence to project plan and commitment to clients
- Manage timing expectations
- Report Progress on all projects: achievements, issues, escalations, roadblocks.
- Share project knowledge, Document lessons learned
- Audit the processes to make sure 1) they work practically and 2) they are being followed. Adjust processes in a structured way
- Solve any critical problems and document process to follow in the future
- Support local teams on solving any root causes for non-conversion

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- +4 years of proven project management experience in hybrid environments managing from junior to senior stakeholders (internal and external)
- Professional work experience in a creative agency, marketing, trade marketing or general client/customer service environment is a plus.
- Proficient with MS Office software, especially with Excel
- Written and spoken English level (B2+)
- Entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and succeed
- Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments
