**Descripción de la empresa** With a global mission to “make the healthcare experience more human", Doctoralia is the leading platform that offers software solutions for doctors, clinics, hospitals and patients to enable the healthcare ecosystem and the patient journey to work together more seamlessly. **Descripción del empleo** To drive adoption and engagement of NOA, our AI-powered product for health specialists, by generating sign-ups from doctors and healthcare professionals, creating compelling content to explain the product’s value, and fostering engagement to convert users into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). The Marketing Specialist will act as the primary stakeholder and owner of the NOA marketing initiative, leveraging analytical skills and a deep-dive approach to unlock go-to-market strategies and ensure project success. **Responsibilities**: 1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sign-ups and adoption of NOA among healthcare professionals. 3. Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to optimize content and campaigns for better conversion rates. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, and Customer Success) to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. 5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine messaging. 6. Own the go-to-market strategy, including identifying and overcoming potential blockers to success. 7. Manage and optimize marketing funnels, ensuring a seamless experience for users from awareness to MQL. 8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements. **Requisitos** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the tech or healthcare sectors. Proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement for SaaS or AI-driven products. Strong project management skills with the ability to take ownership and deliver results.
