Establish and maintain a Quality Culture within local ABB, by assuring and controlling Quality with systems, tools, and teams to exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations. In charge of developing & maintaining the Quality Management System of the local unit. All aspects managed in line with ABB ELECTRIFICATION.

**This position reports to**:
Manufacturing Unit Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manages a team of +60 Quality Specialist and Technicians.
- Responsible for Quality Management of 3 product lines in a 220MUSD manufacturing facility.
- Leads the design, planning and execution of tests, controls, verifications, validations, that are directly related to products, systems, or software production and/or delivery processes.
- Coordinates a proper interface between quality control needs and activities for supplier quality, production quality, testing & validation, engineering, as applicable.
- Executes and assists specific quality control related training, promoting passion for Quality, integrity in all the actions, and results orientation.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from and accredited university or college.
- 8 years of experience as Quality or Manufacturing leadership in multi-level organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent coaching, and development skills.
- Advanced level of English.
