We are looking for professionals with experience in project management, process mapping, documentation, and redesign

Our **Project Manager** is in charge of the entire life cycle of the process improvement project. They can interact with the process owners’ to have a comprehensive view of the operational life cycles of the business.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the team by assigning activities, daily monitoring of progress, validation of user stories, and quality of the developed solution.
- Provide the team leadership, planning, and coordination through communications
- Make communications concise, clear, complete, simple, relevant, and tailored
- Prepare the functional documentation and business diagrams based on the information collected in the interviews and accompaniment of the process owners
- Generate and distribute status reports on time.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree (IT, Engineering, Computing, Informatics / Industrial / Electronics, Administration or related)
- Advanced English (B2)
- Experience in project management and process improvement
- Communication skills
- IT project management experience
- Buena Onda
- Self-learning and proactivity
**Desirable Skills**
- Knowledge of AGILE frameworks (SCRUM, KANBAN)
- CRM experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $35,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:

- IT project management: 1 year (required)
- CRM Implementation: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
License/Certification:

- SCRUM Certification (preferred)
