POSITION DESCRIPTION**Project Manager**MEXICOA Digizent Project Manager works in the development department and is in charge of the planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and delivery of web projects. They ensure the successful completion of all projects. A Digizent Project Manager must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and effectively build change management strategies into the programs they support.**WHAT THE WORK IS LIKE**The Project Manager is responsible for managing the following types of Projects:- Responsible for the schedule, coordination, and completion of projects- Effectively manage multiple, concurrent development projects- Responsible for organizing complex activities for the successful launch of projects- Oversee all aspects of project implementation to deliver products and services on-time- Work closely with a variety of internal teams to oversee process development, integration, measurement, and quality assurance of processes and services- Ability to understand a project's technical details- Ability to uncover and assess projects risks, document, and track detailed action register to ensure roadblocks are identified, assigned ownership and resolved expeditiously- Proven ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels: from team members to executive management**SKILLS AND PERSONAL QUALITIES**An effective Project Manager should be:- Fluent in English: Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and excellent time management skills- Self-starter, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment- Excellent in relationships and team-building skills- Able to deal effectively with challenging situationsPreferably:- Experience with Project Management tools like Asana, Active Collab, Trello, etcetera- Experience with: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, Photoshop, Dropbox, Outlook, and Teams- Knowledge of WordPress- Knowledge of web languages and trends- Experience with Macintosh OS**HOURS AND ENVIRONMENT**A Digizent Project Manager must be flexible, as their work is very deadline-driven. Most work Monday to Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., although the work sometimes extends into evenings and, occasionally, weekends.All Digizent employees and contractors must keep accurate and timely reporting on all work performed on Digizent projects. Time reports for the previous week are due weekly at 8:30 a.m.A Digizent Project Manager works remotely/ virtually from their home. They may also use the Digizent Mexico office for normal work, and most especially for strategic and creative sessions. Digizent’s COVID-19 protocols currently limit the number of people allowed in our Angelopolis, Puebla office at any one time. The work environment is often informal, with relaxed dress code. When presenting to clients (via Zoom or Microsoft Teams), professional attire and appearance is required.**TRAINING**Training will be provided by:- Current/More experienced Digizent Project Manager(s), Digizent Mexico- Account Managers, Digizent Mexico- Vice-President, Strategic Services, Digizent USA- President, Digizent InternationalAll Digizent team members in the U.S. and Mexico are expected to keep up-to-date with industry trends and standards by reading relevant materials, principally from online sources such as research reports, white papers, and eNewsletters or blogs.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vales de despensaHorario:- Turno de 8 horas
