You support our team as **Supply Chain Replenisher & Domestic Logistics**: **Responsibilities**: - Process requisitions and place purchase orders on SAP to raw material suppliers - **Ensure that the supplier receives the raw material requirements**: - **Ensure with the suppliers, timely delivery of raw materials**: - **Keep suppliers negotiation for delivery dates and quantities of raw materials**: - **Provide to the materials planner delivery plans agreed with the suppliers and alert of supplier issues**: - **Follow up of suppliers deliveries recovery plans**: - **Be the interface between suppliers and materials planning**: - **Collaborate with quality to track supplier’s delivery performance**: - **Domestic route quotes and select the best option**: - Manage freight carrier negotiations for pricing to ensure best overall value for company - Develop reliable freight carriers comply with the legal requirements of the authorities - **Schedule domestic transport and parcel service for vendor recollection and delivery to domestic clients**: - Comply on time pickup and delivery from supplier or to customers, on request date - **Monitoring domestic transport, parcel service and raw material shipments until delivery**: - **Generate and ensure proper documentation for domestic shipments and parcel service**: - **Compilation of proof of delivery with the carriers for payment process**: - **Generate SAP requisitions domestic carriers and parcel services**: - **Manage and submit in a timely manner **documentation** for invoices payment of domestic carriers and parcel services**: - **Reconcile the account statements of national carriers and parcel services**: - Update and maintain inbound/outbound schedule domestic shipment for warehouse - Support goods receipts for incoming materials into SAP by providing in advance proper documentation - Generate cockpit projects to allow reduce logistics cost - Supervise and audit work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures. - Provide training and maintain back-up capability for traffic replenisher & Domestic logistics function - Ensure comply with 5S requirements, standard work - Maintain harmony among workers and ensure employee compliance to company policies. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree or High School and 3 years of experience in similar position. - 2 years or more of related experience - Knowledge in the field:Suppliers' management - Materials requirements management - SAP module SD & MM - Suppliers forecast and firm orders, materials coverage - Shipping process - Ground transportation management & regulations - Logistics cost optimization - Route planning - Incoterms - Previous manufacturing-related work environment experience preferred - Customer Orientation - Negotiation skills - Analysis ability - Good problem-solving - Decision making - Proactivity - Good communications skills, both written and verbal - Excellent sense of safety awareness - Computer proficient and skilled with Microsoft office software The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
