We’re looking for a talented System Administrator for our IT department in Tijuana

**Requirements**:

- Ability to understand client usage and work with vendors to troubleshoot on their behalf
- Ability to document processes and procedures for knowledge base
- System analyst - VoIP system specialist
- Oversee client onboarding
- Create phone system designs to meet client needs
- Participate in pre-sales meetings
- Work with support and engineering to ensure excellent customer experience
- Work with marketing and creative to create promotional and marketing materials
