Role - **Windows Server + Active directory Customer Engineer**

Location - Guadalajara, Mexico

Mode - onsite

No of positions - 6

Assess client needs: As a Windows Server Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of clients and recommending Windows Server-based solutions that meet their business needs.

Design solutions: You will design Windows Server-based solutions, including server architecture, server deployment, security, and networking.

Implement solutions: You will implement Windows Server-based solutions, including server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Provide technical support: You will provide technical support for Windows Server-based solutions, including troubleshooting issues, performance tuning, and capacity planning.

Manage projects: You will manage Windows Server-based projects from conception to completion, including planning, executing, and closing projects.

Train clients: You will train clients on the use of Windows Server-based solutions and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption of solutions.

Stay up-to-date: You will stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends related to Windows Server-based solutions to ensure you provide the most current and effective solutions to clients.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.

Experience designing, implementing, and supporting Windows Server-based solutions.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Project management experience.

Relevant industry certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, and CCNA are a plus.

Experience in problem resolution with IT systems and individuals

Ability to interact with clients in a clear, concise, professional manner

Familiarity with a majority of the following:
Microsoft Windows Server Datacenter 2008 R2

Microsoft Windows Server Datacenter 2012

Internet Information Server (IIS)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 44970, Guadalajara, Jal.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
