In this role, you will be negotiating resolutions for accounts that are 5-59 days past due. Provides customer service by adhering to a call plan and by demonstrating NMAC/IFS Core Values. Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.

**Job Knowledge and Skill**:

- Level of understanding of auto finance and collections sufficient to service accounts that range in deficiency from 5-59 days past due.
- Good oral and written communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Good conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Good organization and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take a responsive customer service approach to work activities.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma required; BA degree preferred.
- Knowledge of collections techniques, business practices, and related state and federal regulations.
- MS Office intermediate.
- Fluent English.
- Availability 48 hrs per week. (Schedules could fall within the time frame (7:00 am until 8:00 pm during Monday - Friday and Saturdays from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm)
