Job Title: Oracle HCM
Location: (Remote)
Duration : Contract

Job description

You will capture functional and technical requirements from the client and translate business requirements in Oracle requirements identifying the best solution. You will be responsible for Oracle HCM development, its customizations and deployment of the solution.

We are hiring Oracle HCM Cloud consultants

Functional (overall 8+ years experience; proficient across two or more modules)
1. Core HR including Workflow, Personalizations, Security, HR Helpdesk, Health & Safety
2. Payroll
3. Absence Management, Time & Labor
4. Benefits, Compensation
5. Talent Management, Recruiting, Learn

Technical (overall 4+ years experience; proficient across two or more modules)
1. Integrations, Reports
2. PaaS (OIC, VBCS, ATP)
3. Data Migration
4. Fast Formulas
5. EBS HRMS Technical

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: $150.00 - $200.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Monterrey, N. L.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
