**Objetivo del rol**: Serás responsable del diseño, implementación y administración de la Suite de Oracle HCM Módulo de Talento, así mismo tendrás la oportunidad de:

- Coordinar con equipos internos y externos para asegurar la entrega exitosa de proyectos

Ingreso**: de 90,000 a 110,000 pesos libres (100% nominal directo) paquete de beneficios de ley y superiores como: seguro de vida y gastos médicos mayores.
- **Horario**: de lunes a viernes de 9:30 a 6:00 p.m. y disponibilidad para atención a incidencias
- **Zona de trabajo**: Remoto.

**¿Qué buscamos?**
- 5 a 7 años de experiência como: HCM Oracle Consultant, Lider Implementación Oracle HCM, PM Oracle HCM, Analista Oracle HCM
- Certificación vigente emitida en 2023: Oracle Talent Management Cloud,Implementation Professional
- 5 años de experiência en implementaciones end-to-end de Oracle HCM Cloud, con un enfoque específico en módulos de Talento (Performance, Goals, Succession, Learning, Talent Review, profile, Career Development, etc).
- **Configuración del Sistema**: Manejo deFast Formulas, Configuración de flujos de trabajo (workflows), reglas de seguridad y roles de usuario. Uso de herramientas de carga de datos comoHDL (HCM Data Loader)y HSDL. Informes y Analítica: conBI PublisheryOTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence). Integraciones con Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation y sistemas externos de aprendizaje (LMS). IA en HCM.
- Configuración y Pruebas:Realizar la configuración en el entorno de pruebas, realizar pruebas funcionales (UAT) y de integración.
- Migración de Datos: Apoyar la carga de datos históricos de empleados y talentos
