Descripción y detalle de las actividades **Inventory Accuracy & Control** - Conduct scheduled **cycle counts** for both **blank garments** and **finished goods** to maintain >99% accuracy. - Audit incoming shipments against purchase orders to confirm correct quantities, styles, colors, and sizes. - Identify, document, and escalate inventory discrepancies for resolution. - Support root-cause investigations to prevent repeat discrepancies. **Quality Control** - Perform production QC checks for **wholesale orders**, ensuring all retailer compliance requirements are met (packaging, folding, labeling, ticketing, etc.). - Conduct spot checks for **DTC orders** as directed, verifying print quality, garment condition, and order accuracy. - Document QC pass/fail results and communicate issues promptly to the Manager of Warehouse Operations. - Assist in implementing corrective actions when quality issues are found. **Compliance Auditing** - Verify that all wholesale orders meet **customer-specific compliance guidelines** before shipment. - Check that outbound orders are correctly labeled, packaged, and documented for carrier requirements. **Operational Support** - Maintain accurate, organized records of all cycle counts, audits, and QC inspections. - Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy. - Support fulfillment accuracy checks during peak periods. Experiência y requisitos **Qualifications** - 2+ years of experience in **inventory control, quality assurance, or warehouse operations**; apparel/e-commerce preferred. - High attention to detail with the ability to follow and enforce SOPs. - Basic proficiency in inventory software, WMS/IMS systems, and Google Sheets. - Strong organizational and documentation skills. - Effective communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency preferred. - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
