We´re hiring**:Inventory Specialist / Leader****Responsibilities**:- Oversee the daily cycle counting process, develop actions to correct inventory problems and maintain a low level of variances.- Constantly update inventory in internal system and maintain updated inventory histories for backup/presentation if required.- Detect and report inventory discrepancies indicating theft/shortfalls.- Identify detailed needs, levels and control systems for products in inventory.- Process daily inventory transfers between multiple locations as needed.- Reconcile SKU's, transfers and work orders as needed.- Manage and monitor physical inventories as well as location reconciliation (multiple times per year).- Develop/improve inventory management processes.- Create and maintain SKU's as needed in SAP and NuOrder, such as product costs (wholesale and retail in various currencies).- Assign barcodes (UPC's).- Upload daily cyclic counts to system once approved.- Send cyclic count upload confirmation report.**Requirements**:- Bilingual (English - Spanish) (**Highly profficient is a must**).- Valid USA VISA (**REQUIRED**)- Availability to travel (occasional)- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in related area- 3 to 5 years of experience in related position (Inventory, Warehouse Control, etc).- Excellent data entry skills- Desirable experience in SAP (ERP) system.- Experience in Excel (**ADVANCED IS A MUST**)**Offer and benefits**:- Attractive Salary Range: Final offering depending on experience- Benefits Above the Law- Per diem (Lodging and travel expenses)- Opportunities for growth and development**Salary**: $8,200.00 - $10,700.00 per weekApplication Question(s):- Do you live in Tijuana, B.
