**About the position**:
Kahnem is partnering with a high-growth startup in the financial services sector (Fintech) that is looking to hire a Customer Success Manager in Mexico to ensure client retention and growth of existing accounts in the SMB and Mid-Market segments.

In this role, you’ll play a critical role in fostering long-term client partnerships, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring revenue growth within SMB and mid-market segments. Although the client already has a customer success team based in the US, this position will be the first customer success manager based in Mexico.

In this role, you will:

- Proactively oversee client relationships, ensure retention, and identify growth opportunities within existing SMB and mid-market accounts within Mexico.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding client business goals and aligning them with additional product offerings.
- Ensure seamless onboarding for new clients, delivering training and resources to maximize product adoption. Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Have proactive communication with clients. Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to provide insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor client usage data and satisfaction metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, support) to address client challenges and provide timely resolutions.

**Job requirements**:

- Proven experience of in a customer success or account management role, ideally working with SMB and mid-market clients within a B2B environment.
- Ability to interpret customer data and develop actionable insights to drive engagement and growth. Proficiency with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
- Learning agility and excellent problem solving skills. A proactive, goal-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Customer-Centricity. A genuine passion for helping businesses grow through innovative solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

**Compensation and Benefits**:
