Your primary role is to support the Ford Pro Charging Business Operations team with administrative tasks associated with the high number of customer orders and need to maintain compliance and control for fulfillment. This includes validating information in shipping request files, holding orders for shipment until the proper time and copying/validating data between systems.
**The minimum requirements we seek**:
- Business related Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2+ years of data entry/analysis experience
**COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS**
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- English Proficiency
- Ability to work autonomously
- High integrity
- Extremely organized with great attention to detail
- Driven by continuous learning
- SharePoint experience
- Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Support shipping request process.
- Review.CSV file shipping request forms for errors prior to processing
- Validate full postal zip code prior to shipment
- Submit shipping request forms based on requested delivery date
- Provide governance controls to ensure shipping request and sales order align
- Provide feedback for IFAM (Inventory Fulfillment Asset Management) development
- Create New Accounts in Salesforce
- Review shipping manifest and inventory transfer files for errors and load into our inventory management software IFAM
- Excel files to be manually reviewed for errors prior to uploading into online database
- As different error states are identified, the database team will put error checking in place.
- In the future state, only files with errors will need to be reviewed
- Help track and resolve misdirected payments from customers that went to wrong lock-box or other account
- The volume is expected to grow, but it is expected that connections employees responsible for various lockboxes will be made and reduce time spent per occurrence.
- Create Stripe payment links until our B2B eCommerce is completed.
- Track shipping concerns and coordinate claims with LTL carriers and FCS/UR for Canada and U.S.
- Maintain Ford of Canada customer/shipment listing
