Desarrollar y crear planes de entrenamiento.
- Liderar y supervisar las actividades de entrenamiento.
- Trabajar con los gerentes dpara identificar las necesidades de capacitacion y cubrir las brechas en habilidades.
- Realizar reportes y llevar seguimiento de KPI's de Entrenamiento
- Trabajar estrechamente con los gerentes de recursos humanos para identificar planes de progreso personal.

**Requisitos**:

- Experienicia comprobada minimo 3 años como lider de Entrenamiento.
Ingles 85%
- LAE, Ingeniero Industrial o similares
- Habilidad para realizar presentaciones en Ingles.
- Habilidades de Comunicacion y presentacion.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
