We are seeking a highly organized and motivated **Case Manager** to join our team and play a key role in client communication, case management, and coordination with manufacturers and attorneys.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for retained clients, providing regular case updates and answering questions.
- Maintain and update case information accurately in our CRM system.
- Communicate and follow up with automobile manufacturers regarding claims and case progress.
- Draft and send demand letters in coordination with attorneys.
- Participate in translation calls between clients and attorneys, ensuring clear communication.
- Track case deadlines and ensure timely completion of all required steps.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure smooth case progression.
**Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in US lemon law case management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Pay: $23,869.00 - $29,836.00 per month
