Human Resources Business Partner

This role is accountable for the delivery of all HR services to assigned Departments and Regions. It supports all units with end-to-end people management practice execution, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, reward, and L&D. The role works closely with all line managers to ensure the delivery of a positive employee experience, execution of business goals, and reward and consequence management, as necessary.
**Knowledge and Skills Required**:
- HR all-rounder
