Nexteer Automotive is looking for a Senior HRBP to join our team and support our manufacturing plants in Ciudad Juárez. This is a strategic role where you'll partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring compliance with IATF *****, ISO ***** Environmental standards, and the Nexteer Production System (NPS). Responsibilities Drive talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies for critical roles. Manage headcount planning and budget alignment. Lead employee engagement programs and organize cultural events that strengthen our workplace. Oversee labor relations, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor law and resolving conflicts effectively. Implement performance management processes and analyze HR KPIs to improve organizational health. Champion diversity, inclusion, safety, and well-being initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of HR experience in automotive or manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR best practices. Leadership, negotiation, and strategic influence skills. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
