**FUNCTION**: Finance

**LOCATION: Monterrey Mexico**

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

Responsible of ensure accurate information is forecasted, reported, and presented to the local finance leadership team. This role is part of the finance department, and is responsible for Business Partnering, budget control and management.

**Geographic Scope**:LOCAL & LANCAR

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Support End Markets delivering their Profit targets
- Preparing various analytical and management reporting for business in a timely and accurate manner
- Reporting Financial Statements
- Delivery of Financial Assessments to Finance Lead Team
- Find Potential Risk and Opportunities to deliver expected results
- Manage and control of expenses with different stake holders
- Drive financial strategy for current year and the next
- Support ad-hoc financial reports and projects as assigned, including new business opportunities or initiatives
- Identifying and driving continuous improvement across key financial processes.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Experience working in FMCGS
- Capable to understand and analyse impacts of business decisions on financial results
- Very good communication skills, organizational skills, ability to prioritize and able to work with tight deadlines
- Multi-tasks; good in data mining and consolidating large amount of data; proactive
- Proactive and willing to continuous development
- Bachelor’s degree in: Economy, International Finance, Accounting or similar.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP, BI reporting
- Fluent English: written and speaking. (Advanced)
