**BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR A FINANCE EXECUTIVE**
**SENIORITY LEVEL: Managerial**
**FUNCTION: Finance**
**LOCATION: Mexico - Monterrey**
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Support End Markets in the Cost of Sales analysis, and in the delivery of their financial targets.
- Participate, lead, and provide information to the internal forums which have as outcomes potential cost of sales savings for Markets. Make the proper follow up to the initiatives identified.
- Provide information to the regional teams in the forecasting exercises.
- Reporting Financial Statements, including monthly deviation analysis plan vs actuals in cost of sales.
- Make the proper analysis for inventories and cash deliver’s.
- Support all the cost agenda in the non-combustibles’ portfolio.
- Define and delivery new cost of sales for all the new launch, initiatives, and innovations that the marketing team consider in the End Markets.
- Delivery of Financial Assessments to Finance Lead Team
- Construction of business cases for new innovations
- Find Potential Risk and Opportunities to deliver financial targets
- Monitoring of the price implementation in different countries
- Finance investing projects
- Responsible for managing international budgets
- Analysis and monitoring of financial indicators
- Creation and Analysis of financial statements, cash flow, balance sheet, income statements, pricing, and cost controls

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Bachelor’s degree in: Economy, International Finance, Accounting or similar.
- Have from 2 to 3 years of experience in Finance
- Fluent in English B2+
- Excel proficient
- Be a team player with drive and ambition.
- Be an inspiring and engaging individual.
- Strong analytical skills with a view towards future trends and data analytics
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong eye for business and a strategic approach
- Intellectual curiosity and ambition
