When it's time for move-ins, you team up with our field services and leasing departments to send out welcome letters and resident handbooks to our brand-new tenants. You also handle annual renewals, foster great relationships with both owners and residents, and tackle inquiries with that winning combo of friendliness and efficiency. Your hard work and dedication play a key part in helping us achieve an impressive renewal rate
Here's what you need:
- 3+ years of experience working in the real estate/leasing field
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Ability to work and communicate with people in varying disciplines with different backgrounds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- A college degree
- Experience with Propertyware
