**Your Contribution;**

Responsible for the assurance and compliance of all current legal dispositions in matters of foreign trade including programs and certifications (i.e. IMMEX, C-TPAT, OEA, CIVA).

You will be an important piece for the fulfillment of the obligations of MAHLE with the different government agencies that regulate foreign trade, achieving effective control and precisely avoiding any risk to MAHLE.
- Monitor, advise and support Mexican Entities regarding foreign trade legislation and its impact for MAHLE.
- Coordinate the submission of Foreign Trade reports in a timely manner, such as SE, INEGI, SAT monthly reports to have all authorized and updated permits for the operation of the corporation.
- Coordinate and lead different committees of supply chain security of OEA / CTPAT certifications in all MX business units.
- Responsible of the monitoring of the IMMEX program for MX business units and assure the compliance of the legal requirements to maintain the programs.
- Identify and document potential risks and / or critical characteristics of operations and drive the measures to prevent and mitigate them.
- Proactively lead different Internal and External Audits regarding foreign trade and ensure an accurate risk assessment and compliance of the Foreign Trade obligations.
- Coordinate the necessary activities and reports to keep MAHLE programs and certification regarding Foreign Trade.
- Coordinate Annex 24 and 30 activities and reports of CIVA certification maintenance.

**Your Experience and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree on International Business, International Relations, Business Administration or related areas to Foreign Trade.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- 5+ years in similar position (Automotive Industry or similar)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, customer-oriented and detail-oriented
- Foreign trade regulation and practice on topics like CIVA, OEA, CTPAT certifications, IMMEX, supply chain security, imports, exports, interaction with customs brokers, tax impact and foreign trade costs
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and risk management system ISO 31000
