Come join our team at MAHLE #StrongerTogether- Your Role & Responsibilities:- Preparation and presentation of reports before the Secretary of Economy.- Monthly reports to the Foreign Trade area.- Calculation of the recovery of taxes paid.- Presentation of internal and external audits.- Preparation of certificates of origin, reports of origin and other requirements of the customers.- Requirements to suppliers of certificates of origin.- Research and development of the commercial area for new products.- Verify and control the entry and exit of machinery, production and supplies (discharges).- Filing of motions and documentation audit- Procedure before different dependencies.- Comply with current legislation and updates.- Issue reports on changes, compliance and/or requirements- Solve problems with economy, customs, finance, carriers, agents customs and forwarders.- Keeps management informed for decision making and adjustments.- Capture and review weekly indicators.- Analyzes causes that affect its indicators.- Develop activities to improve them.- Track activities.- Coordinates cost improvement actions.- Ensures that procedures and formats related to the area are up to date and are comply.Your Skills & Strengths:- Administration of companies, Bachelor of Commerce International, Industrial Engineer, and/or related.- Processes of shopping,Customs Laws, Security in chain of Catering.- Adaptability to new challenges.- 2 years in similar positions.- Knows (IATF 16949), environmental SAA (ISO-14001) and safety (ISO 45001) systems of the plant.**Do you have any questions?**Facts about the job**Entry level**:- Experienced hires**Part- / Full-time**:- Full Time**Functional area**:- Logistics**Location**:Monterrey, MX**Company**:MAHLE Shared Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V.Your future at MAHLEAs a team player and someone who thinks ahead, you can deploy all your skills with us.
