**About the Role**: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance and Commercial Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our commercial team, managing documents and overseeing the end-to-end finance process, from invoicing services to collection. This position offers the opportunity to work across various LATAM countries, contributing to our growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with customer transition teams and corporate acquisition teams to support strategy implementation and achieve goals through intensive follow-up.
- Maintain and update documentation related to implementation activities on team SharePoint sites.
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits of files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate and manage all information, communications, documents, and materials for customer/partnership manuals.
- Set up and maintain internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with project-specific information.
- Identify and escalate project risks or issues affecting timelines, costs, or deliverables.
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute invoices to clients.
- Provide support for accounts receivable.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or similar
- Completed Commercial apprenticeship with at least 1 year of experience in an administrative position preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Background in Finance/Sales Operations is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Familiarity with SAP and SFDC or any other CRM system is beneficial.
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
