**QUALITY ENGINEER **-** **HW CHANGE MANAGEMENT**

**Summary**:

- Administer the Quality Systems Change Management process for pre and post-production changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to understand and manage change requirements.
- Assist in the creation of process documentation, including SOPs, User Guidelines, and Checklists.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor metrics for the change management process.
- Support change management process development and improvement activities.
- Collaborate with hardware change initiators to ensure changes are discussed at the Change Control Board (CCB) review in a timely manner.
- Ensure HW CCB Presentation Templates are completed and reviewed with the CCR Coordinator prior to HW CCB Meetings.
- Maintain project files, timetables, and correspondences.
- Organize and maintain department electronic records daily, using Agile and SharePoint.
- Coordinate the Final Review of Product Change Notifications (PCNs), ensuring all actions are completed and signed off in Agile.
- Support the communication of supplier PCNs for both Supplier and Internally initiated changes, verifying Agile Final Approvals.
- Resolve specific CCR/PCN issues/concerns/questions/requests daily.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to prepare for change review meetings.
- Proficiency in using the Agile PLM system for managing changes.
- Excellent project management skills and high level of organization.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining metrics and dashboards.
- Experience in supporting the communication of supplier PCNs for both Supplier and Internally initiated changes, verifying Agile Final Approvals.
- Ability to resolve specific CCR/PCN issues/concerns/questions/requests daily.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Change Management is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, in electronics / semiconductor environment.
- Familiarity with Quality Standards (ISO 9001 IATF 16949)
- Ability to travel frequently between Mexico and US sites.
- Fluent in English.
