Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System, in accordance with Luxshare QMS, applicable worldwide standards, for example IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. Assist with implementing and maintaining a single worldwide Quality Management System (QMS) strategy. Support the business during internal and external audits. Maintain the Quality Management System structure to ensure compliance IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. Implement, maintain, and/or improve the quality system to meet or exceed IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 compliance and conduct training to the Luxshare Manufacturing team. Manage the CSR process: collaborate with all affected associates, hold weekly change control board meetings, train associates, provide metrics and ensure that CSR’s meet QMS requirements. Provide periodic updates and escalations on Document Control matters (e.g. backlogs, project status, etc.) Routinely meet with Staff and Module Managers to strategize and plan tactics to meet project/business objectives via Management Review. Responsible for the maintenance and integrity of the Document Control Master Record, and Quality System documentation. Responsible for the creation, maintenance and integrity of the Quality System, Procedures and Forms. Analyze data and trends to be able to program layered process audits and QMS audits in accordance to Luxshare procedures, Customer Specific Requirements and external standards (IATF 16949 and ISO 9001). Self driven with minimal supervision to solve issues through corrective action methodology to improve management system and ensure lesson learning. Identify the root of systemic issues and recommend fixes. Prepare reports on corrective actions through corrective action methodology. Must have 3 to 5 years of experience on automotive business environment with experience on Quality Management System mainly working with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standard. Bachelor’s Degree is required. Good command of Microsoft Office. Independent, proactive, and able to work with little supervision and operate in a team environment. Ability to work effectively with remote, distributed teams. Time-management skills. Ability to build strong relationships. Wiliness and ability to learn. Resilient, outgoing, and self-motivated attitude. Good written and oral communication skills. Good English language skills, both verbal and written. Experience working with IATF16949, ISO 9001 or ISO 13485. #J-18808-Ljbffr
