We are seeking a **Lead BI Developer** to direct the creation of scalable reporting solutions with an emphasis on Tableau Dashboards and enterprise-level data visualizations.

In this role, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to transform manufacturing KPIs into actionable insights through intuitive and optimized dashboards.

**Responsibilities**
- Design Tableau dashboards to effectively display manufacturing KPIs
- Optimize Tableau performance while ensuring role-based access control compliance
- Integrate Tableau with AWS Data Analytics tools, such as Athena
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and create corresponding technical solutions
- Develop improved visualizations to enhance reporting for enterprise-wide manufacturing KPIs
- Utilize Amazon Quicksight to meet additional analytics requirements
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout dashboard development and deployment
- Deliver actionable insights to improve decision-making processes
- Assist the team in resolving data visualization challenges

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience utilizing Tableau Desktop and Server
- Expertise in Tableau performance optimization and role-based access control
- Proficiency in Amazon Quicksight and integrating reporting platforms with AWS tools
- Familiarity with AWS Data Analytics tools, including Athena
- Competency in designing enterprise-level reporting solutions with effective visualizations
- Background in working with datasets relevant to manufacturing or related fields
- Flexibility to use BI tools to meet diverse business needs
