**Position Characteristics**:- 100% Remote Job- Mexicon Payroll- CST Time Zone- Laptop Provided**Position Requirements**:- 8+ years of experience in BI Development.- Strong experience in building PowerBI dashboards and reports using Azure Synapse development.- Hands on experience on Azure Synapse to Power BI integration.- Expertise in PowerBI data modeling skills, complex SQL queries.- Ability to develop complex DAX, custom components, calculated measures.- Ability to design data model required for Power BI and performance optimization.- Hands on with technical exposure to latest features within data platform development.- Ability to act independently to resolve issues, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.**Mandatory**:- B2-C1 English levelPay: Up to $70,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Your Monthly income expectations $$$ (after taxes) in Mexican Pesos (Money in hand)**Experience**:- BI Development: 8 years (required)- Azure Synapse developmen: 3 years (required)- Power BI integratio: 3 years (preferred)- Complex SQL queries: 3 years (preferred)- Complex DAX, custom components, calculated measures: 3 years (preferred)- Design data model required for Power B: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- Good English Level (B2-C1) (required)Work Location: RemoteExpected Start Date: 31/01/2025
