Technical Support Engineer

**Requirements**:
Blingual spanish
- english

Excelent Leven english ( Oral and written)

Most of the communications will be in English

Bachelor of Systems

Analytical, Results-oriented, Sense of urgency, teamwork, excellent interpersonal relationships, high level of negotiation

**Functions**:
Install computer (operating system, Software: Eg, MS Office, printing solution)

1st level support end user

Contact person for International for onsite support / topics to be done Eg, do cabling work in server room, network racks

Contact support from local suppliers (Eg, internet connection, video system, time attendance system)

Take care for printers (replace toner, maintain printers, grant

Take care for printers (replace toner, maintain printers, grant permissions for papercut system)

Maintain papercut system (assign keys to employees)

Make proposals for it equipment (toner, mouse, keyboards, monitor,

laptops)

Take care about backup system

Create / disable user in active directory - site PMX

Assign / remove group memberships of user in active directory

Administration VLAN (ARUBA Switches)

**Experiencience**:
VMWARE for virtualization

Microsoft active directory

Microsoft Office

Symantec Backup Exec

Deskcenter (software deployment)

Sophos antivirus (sophos central)

ZKBioSecurity

UNV Video Camera system

Sophos XG Firewalls
