Job Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Overall monitor the successful transition of projects from post-sale to pre-construction in projects located in San Diego, CA.
- Must be able to draft residential projects.
- Details certain projects himself
- Assist sales as needed
- Revit experience is a big plus.
- CAD experience is preferred
- Experience in Procore is a plus
- Remote job.
- Must be fluent in English, written and spoken.
Bilingual, it's a must English
- Spanish.
Pay: From $200.00 per hour
