Job description Assistant Project Manager (remote admin)

Position:
As an assistant project manager, you will oversee multiple projects to completion. You will work alongside your UX Manager, Senior Project Manager, Factory Management interacting with a large team on a wide diversity of projects. Tasks will range from materials management, estimating, developing project proposals, feasibility studies, production schedules, and business plans.

**Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to plan, organize a team and execute Senior Managements vision

**Responsibilities**:

- Drafting proposals, business plans and feasibility studies
- Pre-construction planning and scheduling
- Job and timeline tracking
- Material pricing and orders as needed
- Change order tracking
- Create weekly reports
- Progress presentations

**Experience**:

- Must have 2 years administrative experience
- Must have 1 your project management experience

Schedule:

- Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
- Occasional evening client meetings
- Must be willing to travel to Mexico, occasional overnights required

Work Location: In person

Pay: $36,000-$51,000 per year

Pay: $723,501.00 - $1,020,926.39 per year

- Project management: 2 years (preferred)
