**What will you work on?**
The Inbound Compliance Specialist has full ownership of the data for cataloging with Mexican Customers for MD and as required as well as ensuring that product complies with all regulatory matters for Spin Master products being commercialized in the country including artwork review. He is responsible to have correct data in SAP as well as to populate that data into the different steps so the customer can handle the Spin Master catalog.
**How will you create impact?**
- Maintain master data catalog for List price, DSV information, etc. This includes UPC Codes, Uxe, origin, material composition, specific material information
- Report all master data inconsistencies.
- Lead Spin Master catalog process with customers and resolve discrepancies
- Assortment detailed information for e-commerce customers
- Ensure that GS1 catalog is maintained for Walmart in a timely manner including logistic information, product images, compliance letters, samples requirements, etc
- Review all product information to comply with import regulation, starting at artwork review
- Analysis of Reworks impacts
- Sent all required samples to Intertek to ensure certifications
- Ensure SAP Supply Chain service suppliers are updated including new, changes or updates etc
- Create PR - PO and payment complements for Supply Chain service suppliers
- Import and deliver product bought overseas
- Elaborate monthly reports and spend control for SC service suppliers
- Support Marketing and Sales in all master data related topics.
- Catalog ownership of Spring and Fall launches
- Collaboration with Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Sales Operations, GBUs, Sales, Logistics and Order Management Teams
- Update and optimize Inbound and Compliance processes
**What are your skills and experience?**
- Relevant experience
- APICS designation is an asset
- Master Data SAP is an asset
- Experience with regulatory for import into Mexico
- Cross-functional experience in order management is an asset
- Experience in CPG, fashion or related industry experience as well as exposure to SOP is an asset
- Proficient in MS Office tools-Advanced Excel Skills
- English proficiency
