**_You Are: _**

As Product Owner / Business System Analyst you will have the opportunity to understand business needs, capture, analyze and document functional and not functional requirements which will be delivered to relevant stakeholders and analyze requirements and update technical responses for development team. You will also keep healthy track on product backlog by creating and maintaining requirement traceability matrix. You will also write technical response for the requirements or stories.

**_The Opportunity _**_: _

Independently facilitate the growth and maturity of Agile teams, ensuring transparent delivery of results for repetitive and incremental processes
- Influence an Agile mindset by continuous team and individual level Agile coaching
- Enable the assigned squad(s) by eliminating blockers, optimizing operations, facilitating ceremonies, etc.
- Coach team members on their role, utilizing the Agile platform
- Work with fellow Scrum Masters to share information and facilitate continuous improvement
- Facilitate all relevant Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement sessions, etc.)
- Leverage knowledge of the support environment and function to support the team while prioritizing and managing blockers, issues or escalations, whilst resolving issues related to the business

**_What you need _**:
- 2+ years as a Product Owner (required)
- Great collaborator and communicator (required)
- Well versed in agile roles, ceremonies and artifacts (required)
- Basic technology knowledge (required)
- Solid technical and database knowledge/background working with Java Applications and Solutions (great to have)
- Experience identifying, documenting and structure a complete backlog (EPICs, Features, User Stories with correspondent acceptance criteria)
- Experience working with customer stake holders
- Strong team player spirit
- Strong sense of ownership
- Good Confluence/Jira Experience or any other ALM platform
