**ACTIVIDADES**:

- Capacitacion a supervisores y vendedores del distribuidor en campo
- Agenda semanal de acompañamiento en campo segun los resultados y necesidades de capacitacion
- Asegurarse de la correcta implementación, ejecución y activación de las tacticas de ventas
- Seguimiento de indicadores de ventas y presentacion al equipo de ventas
- Comunicar al equipo de ventas las promociones, concursos, tácticas
- Revisión de inventarios de producto e inventario de material POP
- Levantamiento de score card para diagnostico de mercado
- Sugerir estrategias de ventas

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência de 3 años en ventas en empresas de distribucion horizontal
- Capacidad de planificar, organizar y controlar a un equipo de vendedores
- Disponibilidad de horario
- Escolaridad: carrera trunca (titulado deseable)
- Sexo indistinto

**OFRECEMOS**

Sueldo: $15,570 al mes
