**Descripción y Requisitos**

**Please send your resume in English**:

- Be able to establish a constant communication with Purchasing, Materials, Warehouse, Quality, Sourcing and Management in relation with suppliers’ quality performance, including implementation of corrective actions, and results of validation process.
- Be able to work with different suppliers, including automotive and non-automotive suppliers, by reporting quality issues, requesting return authorization material, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and interim containment actions, including sorting and rework activities at site.
- Experience reviewing and approving PPAP documentation from suppliers.
- Experience auditing quality systems at vendor sites
- Experience with the APQP process, 8Ds, SPC, PFMEA, MSA, PPAP, CPks, Control Plans, R&R, Sample plans, AQL %, and A3.
- Involvement on the monthly vendor scorecard process.
- Work with multidiscipline problem solution teams for vendor related quality issues.
- Support manufacturing areas with potential vendor issues affecting production process.
- Work with suppliers to provide cost reduction and improvement ideas.
- Experience overseeing incoming inspection department and following ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 procedures.
- Experience communicating technical specifications to vendors.
- Experience handling MRB material ( non-conformance material) and follow up disposition with the operations team, and supplier.

Education/Experience:

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in similar position.
- Experience using APQP process.
- Experience on GD&T for drawing interpretation.
- Experience dealing with ISO 9001 and APQP 16949 standards
- Experience dealing with measurement equipment such optical comparator, pin gauges, calipers, radius gauges, vision system, etc.
- Experience working with problem solution tools such 8D, DMAIC, A3, 5 why’s, Ichikawa diagrams, value stream maps, and others.
