**Position Summary**

Monitoring, analysis and control of optimal inventory levels
- Timely Detection/Notification/Escalation of Potential Critical Material Issues
- Stay within the Premium objective
- Weekly disposal of Excess and Obsolete with monthly control (ABC's / E&O)
- Compliance KPIs
- Conduct yourself with standardized work
- Filling of Monitoring Boards
- Compliance with Security Policy

**Your Role**
- Follow-up with suppliers, allocation teams for escalation and metrics in daily meetings
- _Monitor that all parameters in SAP are active to correctly transmit requirements to suppliers. _
- Analyze and manage optimal inventory levels, which must be in accordance with what is established in the weekly metrics.
- Ensure maintaining the flow of information on impact notifications with suppliers and allocation teams.
- Stay within the forecast regarding expenses, for each request a prior valid and confirmed analysis is needed.
- Achieve weekly recoveries through debit memo or credit note

**Your Background**
- Knowledge of Automotive Industry
- Proficient in SAP
- Advanced Excel
- 3+ years of experience
