We are hiring a Project Manager to join our team in Mexico. In this role, your key responsibilities will include managing online fieldwork, other operational activities and pricing.

What you'll be doing
- Coordinate and manage all internal activities involved in set-up and implementation of projects.
- Proactively contact clients to finalize project specifications, and to keep them updated throughout the research study.
- Communicate with Account Director and Client Operations Manager to apprise of study status and any issues that require help.
- Being mindful of budget and works with Account Director on cost-related issues
- Identify and communicate potential problems to appropriate colleagues so they can be resolved.
- Manage panel partners and other outsourced operations to ensure field requirements are met.
- Follow quality assurance procedures to ensure quality and accuracy throughout all phases of projects.
- Maintain positive working relationship with other Profiles colleagues.

The skills & experience needed as a Project Manager
- Excellent communication skills - specifically how to probelm solve issues, manage client expectations, and communicate in a timely manner under pressure
- Displays a solution driven approach
- Ability to react to change productively and handle multiple tasks concurrently
