The Accounting Manager will manage the in-house staff and work with accountants and financial staff

The position will report directly to the Country Business Manager

Scope of Work Includes:

- Setting standard costs of goods
- Developing and analyzing cost standards
- Perform account reconciliations, customers, supplier, banks, CFDI accounting
- Preparing accounting reports and reconciliate balances with head offices
- Registry of all business transaction in Contpaq i.
- Lead the CFDI management, control, registry etc.
- Generate DIOT from Contpaq i
- Configurate the Commercial Premium data base
- Prepare and generate monthly payroll in Nomipaq.
- Attend “Buzon Fiscal” and solve all SAT requirements.
- Preparing IEPS, IVA, ISR, ISPT, IMSS, ISN calculates and declare in Websites, SAT, IMSS, etc.
- Manage the company's balance sheet and accounting books
- Manage the staff accountant and logistics in execution of their daily tasks, adding to, or

modifying them as needed
- Perform COGS calculations monthly
- Preparation of DISIF, DIOT, DYP
- Preparation of financial statements under NIF
- Month closing, analysis of trial balance, etc.
- Other tasks as needed

Education Certified Public Accountant

Experience Required:

- Minimum of 5 years accounting experience
- Support Staff Management experience
- Manufacturing experience helpful

Computer/Special Skills:

- Excel - advanced
- Contpaqi - experience with system mandatory
- SAT website
- SUA, IDSE, SIPARE
