Specializing in Accounting, Estimating, Marketing, and Human Resources, we empower businesses to thrive through innovative solutions, tailored strategies, and a steadfast commitment to excellence.**Job Summary**The Accounting Manager will ensure the delivery of top-tiers accounting services to external clients, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. This role can manage a remote team while maintaining excellent client relationships. The Accounting Manager plays a key role in aligning our services with client goals, ensuring financial clarity and driving operational success.**Key responsibilities**- Manage and oversee accounting services provided to third-party clients, including general ledger, financial statements, and tax compliance.- Supervise and mentor remote accounting staff ensuring high performance and adherence to client-specific requirements.- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with financial regulations.- Act as primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.- Prepare, review and present financial reports tailored to client’s needs, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations relevant to client industries and ensure compliance across accounts.- Collaborate with other departments to align accounting services with broader business goals.- Support business development efforts by contributing to client onboarding and service customization.**Qualifications**- Years of accounting experience.- Expertise in tax preparation and compliance, particularly for small to med-size businesses.- Proficiency with accounting software and remote collaboration tools.- Proficiency in QuickBooks.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.**Skills**- Leadership and team management in a remote environment.- Analytical thinking and problem solving.- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) and financial tools.- Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.**Remote Work Requirements**:- A minimum of two monitors for optimal productivity.- A quiet and dedicated workspace conducive to remote work.- A reliable, high-speed internet connection for smooth communication and task execution.**Education**- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractPay: $33,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month**Experience**:- accounting: 5 years (required)- QuickBooks Online: 3 years (required)Work Location: Remote
