**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain Linux servers (RHEL/SLES/OEL) to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop and maintain shell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.
- Administer IBM AIX systems ensuring they are secure stable and up-to-date.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance IT infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain security best practices to protect sensitive data and systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other IT team members as needed.
- Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the Pharmacy Benefit Management domain.
- Document system configurations procedures and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure system resilience.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Must have extensive experience in **Linux Admin (RHEL/SLES/OEL).**:

- Must be proficient in **shell scripting** for automation and efficiency.
- Must have strong experience in **IBM AIX Admin.**:

- Must have domain experience in **Pharmacy**Benefit Management.
- Should have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Should possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Should be familiar with security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Should have experience with system upgrades and migrations.
- Should be knowledgeable about disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Should be able to document technical procedures and configurations effectively.
- Should stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.
- Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Should be committed to continuous learning and improvement.
