Accelerate YOU at BrillioRole: Tableau Server AdminFunctional Area: DAEEmployment Type: PermanentLocation: MX - Remote- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or marketing or equivalent work experience.- Auditing Server Activity, server status, log files, etc- Monitoring Server Performance and usage- Automating daily maintenance, backups, etc- Performing Server maintenance ( backups, updates, archiving log files, etc)- Responsible for troubleshooting data issues and conducting root cause analysis when reporting data is in question.**To succeed, this role’s responsibilities would involve**:- 4 years of total experience in both data warehouse and BI technologies with a minimum of 3 years, primarily on Tableau.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.- Strong customer service skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to coordinate with multiple internal departments to resolve customer-related issues or requests.- Experience in research and resolution of problems using analytical skills in a digital environment is strongly preferred.**Good to have skills**:- Strong SQL skills within relational database systems like Big Query, SQL Server etc.Know more aboutAccelerate YOU at Brillio: Brillio Careers and Job OpportunitiesEqual Employment Opportunity DeclarationEOE/Minority/Female/Veteran/Disabled/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/National OriginKnow what it’s like to work and grow at Brillio: Click here
