Maintenance Leader

Introduction
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our Rubber Mexico team. You will be responsible to ensure high accuracy and completeness of information (tasks, man-hours, parts,materials,spareparts) in maintenance plans, you will report to the General Manager, Rubber plate factory
This position is mainly located in Irapuato, Guanajauato MX.

You will join a team dedicated to providing solutions to our Maintenance team and stakeholders.
**What you’ll do**:

- Develop and manage detailed maintenance plans, schedules, and work orders
- Monitor resources (manpower, parts, time, budgets) and optimize maintenance execution
- Analyze labor and spare part usage to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate maintenance records using our Maintenance Database System
- Coordinate with vendors and production teams to ensure contract compliance and timely delivery
- Lead monthly reporting on predictive and corrective maintenance, as well as utility consumption (water, electricity, gas)
- Oversee equipment and machinery projects from planning through execution
- Promote safety and compliance through regular risk analysis (HIRAs), risk observations, and safety talks

- Skilled in Microsoft Office and familiar with maintenance planning systems

- Knowledgeable in health, safety, and environmental practices
