**Your Job**Seeking qualified professionals to Quality Laboratories Leader for supporting in Irapuato.The individual in this role will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement for the Quality system.This includes measuring and monitoring the performance of manufactured parts (in process and final product), through physical tests and statistical analysis, following the requirements and specifications of each customer's standard.This role reports to the Quality Manager, with frequent collaboration with the operations group and quality engineers.**Our Team**SRG is in Parque Tecno-industrial Castro del Rio in Irapuato, Guanajuato, is a four-core manufacturing site: plastic injection, painting, chrome plating and assembly.More than 700 employees produce a wide range of products for the consumer business, including fascia and rear appliques, grilles, spoilers, emblems and nameplates, body side moldings and others.**What You Will Do**- Ensure that the dimensional validations and physical tests requested from the Laboratory are reliable and delivered on time, the decisions made from the results will be objective and timely.- Support Quality Engineers in measurement system analyzes (MSA) such as GR&R analysis, Stability, Linearity, bias.- Use and management of the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for the various dimensional requirements.**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- At least 5 years quality experience in factory, preferably in automotive quality and laboratory.- Familiar with customer requirements, ASTM standards, ISO/IEC *****.- Good computer skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.- Experience with personnel development.**What Will Put You Ahead**- Knowledge in the use and programming of Coordinate Measurement Equipment (CMM).- Knowledge of multiple measurement and vision equipment.- Knowledge of GR&R studies (R&R), stability studies, linearity studies.- Knowledge of ISO/IEC ***** requirements for testing and calibration laboratories.- Excellent oral and written communication skills especially for customer interaction.- Fluent oral and written English.- Able to travel and work overtime (when necessary).**Who We Are**As a Koch Company, SRG Global is a team of creative and innovative individuals that engineer solutions for greater surface durability, structural integrity, enhanced functionality, vehicle efficiency and design flexibility.From products such as grilles, emblems and nameplates, moldings, bezels, and other trim pieces; to processes like injection molding, painting, and plating; we are one of the largest manufacturers of chrome-plate plastic parts for the automotive and commercial truck industries.At Koch, employees are empowered to do what they do best to make life better.Learn how our business philosophy helps employees unleash their potential while creating value for themselves and the company.LI-DP2
