Misión del puesto

Plan, implement and successfully control all the projects entrusted to the area, training service desk team and guaranteeing the return on investment under a strict analysis of the information.

Roles and responsibilities- Design and implement projects that aim at the transformation of processes,- Monitoring and control of completed projects,- Coordination with areas involved in the initiatives in charge,- Analysis of the main management indicators,- Preparation of project presentations and procedures,- Conduct training,- Propose improvements to the processes associated with the management of requirements that directly or indirectly affect customers, or that affect their execution by service advisors,- Prepare, implement and monitor action plans and/or proposed initiatives that have an impact on results in the short term, based on the analysis of identified findings.

Additional Information- Professional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related- Have at least 1 year of experience as an Analyst and/or Continuous Improvement Practitioner- Having led projects in parallel.- Desirable knowledge in PowerBI- Availability to detect opportunities for improvement if required- Intermediate/Advanced Office
