The Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Transformation & Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. This role is dedicated to analyzing, mapping, and optimizing operational processes using structured methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. You will be instrumental in identifying inefficiencies, implementing data-driven improvements, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
What you will do:
- Map, document, and redesign operational processes: Identify and map current-state processes using different tools, diagrams, flowcharts, etc., to uncover inefficiencies, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement areas: Collect and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and process metrics to identify variations, waste, and areas for optimization.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma to drive measurable and sustainable process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with operational teams, quality departments, and leadership to implement process changes and ensure adoption across the organization.
- Deliver training to support continuous improvement culture: Design and conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members on Lean principles, Six Sigma fundamentals, and continuous improvement tools and techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation: Ensure all changes and improvements are reflected in process documentation, standard operating procedures and internal knowledge systems.
What are we looking for:
- Experience in managing operational processes, preferably with at least 2 years in a continuous improvement or project management environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles; certification (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or higher) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large sets of operational data and propose actionable improvements.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for engaging with various departments and levels of the organization.
- Results-oriented, with a proactive approach to driving operational excellence.
