**What will you do?**
- Monitor overall performance of Finance and Accounting Factory
- Provide management with information to the decision-making process
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Closing month, including analysis
- Reporting and analysis of factory and P&L impact.
- Work so close to operations areas to understand gaps and implement actions.
- Close communication whit all involved areas to achieve the results.
- Identify and build partnership with key areas.
- Sox Controls reporting and controls.
- Reviews F4G programs are developed in line whit plant goals and business plans.
**Localidad**: Lerma (Presencial)
**What you will need to succeed?**
- Experience in Supply Chain Cost
- Be able to demonstrate influencing and interpersonal skills
- Agility, leadership, proactivity.
- Presentation Skills
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to extract, organize, analize, significant amount of data
- Attention to detail and aptitude to solve complex problems
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge in excel, power point and power BI
- Advanced English
- SAP
